My approach
My approach begins with active listening and a deep understanding of the way you live
Every project starts by understanding your habits, your needs, your aspirations and the practical constraints of your space. Before thinking about aesthetics, colours or space planning, I take the time to understand what truly matters to you.
At daria design, I do not simply create beautiful interiors. I design spaces that make sense for your everyday life — spaces that are functional, harmonious and smartly adapted to the way you live. My role is to turn your needs into clear, practical and tailored design solutions, while taking into account your existing space, your constraints, your priorities and your vision.
Because a successful interior is one that reflects who you are.
My design process
1. Initial consultation
- Understanding your project:
Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your space, your needs, your aspirations and the practical considerations that shape your project.
This initial consultation is an essential step in establishing a strong foundation and defining a clear design direction from the very beginning.
2. Analysis and Design Intent
- Giving your project direction:
Following our initial consultation and discussions, I analyse your space, its potential and its constraints to develop an initial design vision. This stage includes:
- Initial space-planning direction
- Overall design moodboard
- First recommendations for transforming and optimising the space
This is where your ideas begin to take shape and your project starts becoming concrete.
3. Conception
- From ideas to concrete solutions:
I translate the design vision into concrete proposals through a combination of:
- Indicative 2D space-planning (drawings, 2D sections, in black and white or colour)
- Moodboards and design concepts
- 3D visualisations and renderings (depending on the selected offer)
Every element is thoughtfully selected around you, creating an interior that is aesthetically coherent, functional and adapted to your everyday life.
4. Your feedback shapes the project
- Listening, refining and translating needs into solutions:
Listening, analysing and translating needs into practical solutions are skills I developed throughout my years as a Business Analyst — and they are now an integral part of my interior design approach.
Your feedback matters at every stage. Together, we refine the proposals to ensure that the design responds genuinely to your needs, your lifestyle and your priorities.
The objective: a design solution that is beautiful, functional and, above all, right for you.
5. Project Delivery
- A clear and practical design presentation:
At the end of the design process, you receive the key elements needed to understand and visualise your project as it takes shape:
- Indicative 2D plans, in black and white and/or colour
- 3D visualisations and renderings, depending on the offer
- Concrete design recommendations
- Furniture and product selections (where relevant)
- Personalised guidance and support throughout the process
6. Implementation
- Your project, your pace:
Once the design is complete, you remain free to bring your project to life at your own pace and with the contractors or suppliers of your choice. I remain available to help you move forward with confidence.
